Champagne, Whisky, and Specialty Coffee: What to Eat and Drink at ART SG 2025

Singapore coffee-tech company MORNING will be showcasing their Red Dot award-winning machines using their specialty coffee pods. They will also be offering Curated Coffee Tasting sessions designed to help you find your favourite coffee flavour profile. The tastings will allow you to taste 3 different coffees, each with their own distinctive flavour profiles, with a pairing tea or snack for you to better associate the coffees’ flavour.

Looking for a sweet treat? Our cafes at Level 1 and Basement 2 offer buttery and sweet pastries to satisfy that sweet craving. Aside from the classic options, such as a croissant or a pain au chocolat, pastries with a local twist, such as a bakwa croissant (bakwa is a barbecued savoury and sweet slice of meat that is similar to jerky) or a kaya danish (kaya is a sweet, creamy spread made with coconut cream, eggs, sugar and pandan leaves).

Eating is an unofficial Singaporean hobby and obsession, with a unique culinary landscape that is influenced by diverse cultures and ethnicities. If you’re looking for a savoury bite and would like to sample local cuisine, the Art Restaurant at Basement 2 offers a selection of local Singaporean dishes, such as laksa and chicken rice, as well as a selection of premium Chinese roasts or vegetarian kueh pie tee that can be shared amongst your fellow ART SG goers. There are plenty of options available to fill your stomach with before you continue to make your way through the fair.

Combine art and champagne at the Ruinart Art Lounge on Basement 2, where you can order a glass or a bottle of Ruinart’s Blanc de Blancs champagne while taking in Marcus Coates’ work, which was a part of Maison Ruinart’s Carte Blanche 2024, A Conversation with Nature. The British artist designed an ephemeral calendar to mark the daily events taking place in nature at Maison Ruinart’s historic vineyard. Through the lens of art and creation, the Maison fosters a deeper understanding of our links with one another and with nature, thus cultivating the joys of living in a more harmonious world.

Whether you are a whisky aficionado or a leisurely drinker, you will be thrilled to know that The Glendronach, a revered cornerstone amongst Scotland’s Single Malt distilleries for almost 200 years, will be serving up samples from their core range, as well as selected and special limited edition whiskies such as The Glendronach Cask Strength Batch 12, The Glendronach 21YO, The Glendronach Single Cask.

Find yourself early to the fair and waiting on your companions? The Art Bar at Level 1 makes for a perfect meetup point where you can all gather and plan your walking route over a beverage or make it a midday pitstop to chew over the art that you have seen so far and pick some favourites. Beverage options include Ruinart’s Blanc de Blancs, Cloudy Bay’s Sauvignon Blanc or Glendronach’s Original 12 Years and a selection of non-alcoholic beverages.
